II/4 & III/4 National COC
STCW cert.
International health cert (German authorities approved doctor is and advantage)
BOAT transfer cert.
Designated Security duties
BOSIET incl. EBS.
MIST
Offshore health cert
Strong technical back ground .
EU nationality.
