Master till 3000Gt COC
Dutch CEC or Dutch Law passed
Dutch SB
STCW cert
ECDIS
SSO
International health cert
Yellow fever vaccination
H2S
Marlins test result not less than 80 % in each article.
Aramco approval or 2 years proved sea service in rank onboard Tugs.
EU nationality preferable
