Following our telephone conversation I have detailed some information on the basic promotions we have on at the moment.
The first promotion offers the BOSIET & MIST courses for a discounted cost of ?512.50 + Vat (?615) , the package would take 5 days in total (BOSIET – 3 days & MIST – 2 days).
The second offers the BOSIET, MIST & the Banksman Slinger (Stage 1) for a discounted cost of ?1070 + Vat per delegate (?1284), the package would take 8 days in total (BOSIET – 3 days, MIST – 2 days & Banksman– 3 days).
We can also upgrade the BOSIET to include the Norwegian Escape Chute which would give you the mutually recognised certification for working in the Norwegian sector, this is an additional ?75 + Vat (?90) if booked along with the package (which would take the package to ?675 + Vat (720) or ?1145 + Vat (?1374)) and is incorporated within the 3 days of the BOSIET. Please note that if the Norwegian Module is added while on course (availability can not be guaranteed) or taken at a later date the cost is ?180 + Vat (?216).
We also have the facility to offer medicals while you are on course, they are scheduled to take place around the course timetable & would be completed while you were actually here on course. The OGUK medical is charged at a discounted cost of ?115 + Vat (?138) if booked as part of your package.
Please note that if the Medical are not booked at the same time as the package and are added while on course (availability cannot be guaranteed) a higher charge of ?150 + Vat (?168) for the OGUK medical would apply.
(The OGUK medical should now be accepted in the Norwegian Sector (and this is stated on UK certification) however this is up to the individual company/operator & their requirements and acceptance cannot be guaranteed).
We run the courses every week, the BOSIET & Banksman courses each run every Monday – Wednesday & Wednesday – Friday and the MIST runs every Monday – Tuesday & Thursday – Friday. You would be best to call us for availability as this does change constantly. The courses are delivered from out site in Dyce, Aberdeen.
The BOSIET, MIST and the medical are mandatory requirements for any new starts to the offshore industry, the Banskman Slinger is usually required for delegates looking to enter the drilling side of the industry in entry level positions (such as; Roustabout, Greenhand and Deckcrew).
