Chief Cook - (07.00hrs to 19.00hrs)
 
 Responsible for cooking 2 x international soups and 4 x international main courses during the day shift.
 Supervisor of Mess Room Stewards in charge of salads/cold cuts/messroom cleanliness and organisation.
 Devise weekly menus with Campboss.
 Coordinate with Campboss all stores arrival and all store room cleanliness.
 Complete provisions list for Campboss requisition (as required).
 Responsible for galley areas and store rooms hygiene.


Night Cook - (19.00hrs to 07.00hrs)

Responsible for cooking 2 x international soups and 4 x international main courses during the night shift.
 Responsible for all galley cleanliness and hygiene during night shift.

Cook/Baker - (19.00hrs to 07.00hrs)
 
 Experienced Baker responsible for all bakery onboard (breads - all types; cakes; breakfast pastries; other as required).
 Prepare meats for all shift day and night.
