Flag: Dutch.
Requirements:
Second Engineer unlimited COC;
EU passport holder (Alien passport are not suitable);
Experience on Dredgers and Hopper Barges;
Valid STCW certificates;
International Seafarers medical;
Fluent English;
marlins test not less than 80%;
Good references.
