With regards to vacancies - we have over 20 different clients with various requests of Vacancies. We are neither ship owners, nor operators. We do give
EQUAL opportunities to get the job for everybody who matched requirements of the client request, without even having a gratitude but only constant "barging" - as this is already mentality of some certain Nationalities.
It is up to individual, to accept or not to apply for any vacancy. If something is not considerable or not acceptable for you, that can be an opportunity or chance for someone else. Please respect other Seafarers, without arrogance or sarcasm.
Some vacancies are closed very fast, therefore, unfortunately we are not always in time to remove already closed positions, and we do apologize for that. By posting vacancy -we do not collect "database" as using Databases as such is outdated way or recruiting and completely ineffective. Only real and active vacancies are posted, on behalf of our clients. We seek to receive proper CV - from seafarers who are ready to join the vessel at present time.
We constantly working on our quality improvement and our main aim is to bring new companies into Baltic Countries. To create an opportunities for seafarers, to be the bridge for successful career and employment.
