In the Job advert, we used the well-known term "Electrician" for the position of Electrical Rating. It is
not ETO job offer.
As from Extract of STCW Circular Advisory 2016-14:
3.1.6:
Electro-Technical Ratings means following positions:
1. Electro-technical Rating
2. Assistant electrician
3. Electrical Rating
4. Assistant Electrical Engineer
5. Electrician6. Other relevant Capacity or positions may be considered by the Administration
So, to conclude,
We are looking for Electro Technical RATING - Electrician. Not the ETO.
