Company “Baltic DIA” in cooperation with an International Training and Qualification Centre "IQTC" offers a unique opportunity for the Baltic market to be trained on the program "Maintenance and service of the wind turbine rotor blades". This training program could be interesting for ship's ratings who would like to shift for work ashore (and possible offshore later).
We are ready to provide co-funding in the amount of 80% of the total cost of training, as well as an opportunity of paid internship. After internship, you will be offered a permanent job in a major European Company to operate throughout Europe.
The objectives will include inspection and maintenance of various wind turbine components made of polymeric materials, including fibreglass. This kind of experience can be useful in industries such as shipbuilding, oil refining, chemical industry, etc.
We expect from you vocational education diploma, readiness for the physically active work, stress resistance and desire to learn and improve their skills in this field. Knowledge of English language, driving license and experience with polymer materials will be considered as advantage.
