We have an ongoing training program for Dealers Training with Carnival Corporation Casino Division. We are the only approved School outside of the UK.

Casino Logistics Training Centre providing CARNIVAL CORPORATION CASINO DIVISION with professionally trained casino dealers and cashiers trained on locations in Klaipeda, Lithuania and Varna, Bulgaria. Training is open to both EU & NON EU Passport holders - enthusiastic, motivated and keen candidates with a good command of the English language.
 No previous casino experience is required. If you have a great personality, enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of good quality customer service simply complete our application form and email to us.
 
Once approved for training & further employment with Carnival
 TRAINEE DEALERS will commence a 30 day DEALER TRAINING SCHOOL in Klaipeda or Varna, will learn 2 major casino games - American Roulette & Blackjack and will have a guaranteed placement onboard Carnival, Princess, Holland America, Cunard, P&O or P&O Australia vessels subject to successful completion of training, passing a medical & receiving the US C1D Visa.
 Trainees will join CCCD on 5$ per day salary rate, half of minimum guarantee tips and will receive a company paid ticket. At the end of the 90 days probationary period every Trainee Dealer will be evaluated and if evaluation is successful & a guest service is up to CCCD standards then trainee will move up to full tips. At the end of the contract each trainee will be evaluated once again and subject to a good evaluation should be returning for his/ hers second contract as a regular casino dealer with 10$ per day salary plus full tips.
