As Sous Chef, you provide support to the Head Chef. You assist with the planning, quality control, and preparation of food to ensure satisfaction of every guest. You maintain a safe and sanitary work environment..
-Minimum of 1 year experience as Cook, preferably 1-year experience on board the small passenger vessel. Experience on passenger’s vessels is an advantage.
-Passenger ship crowd management training cert.
-COVID-19 vaccination required! Booster vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
- Good English level
- Candidates should be aware that we are sailing in remote and cold areas!

Salary levels:
-NON-EU crew- 170 Eur/Net per day
- EU crew-abt : € 225,- gross - 173 Eur/ Net per day.
