2E - TOD 3on/3off, permanent contract, 5484 USD per month (paid while on and off)
CE - TOD 3on/3off, permanent contract, 7238 USD per month (paid while on and off)
2O - TOD 4on/2off, permanent contract, 2719 USD per month (paid while on and off)
CO - TOD 3on/3off, permanent contract, 5484 USD per month (paid while on and off)
Master - TOD 3on/3off, permanent contract, 7729 USD per month (paid while on and off)
