Транспортный департамент выдал вот такой список сертификатов для эндорсмента диплома вахтенного механика:
"Sending list of the courses, which are required for issuing the endorsement to Certificate of Competency as Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch:
· Advanced Fire Fighting Refresher;
· Medical First Aid;
· Engine Room Recourses Management (ERM) on Operational and Management Levels;
· Refresher and Updating Courses of the Application of the 2010 Amendments of the STCW Convention (Manila amendments);
· Training on the Operation of Power Systems in Excess of 1 000 volts;
· Refresher and Updating Courses of Professional Competence (in Estonian Maritime Academy duration of the course will be 1 day);
· Pass Estonian Medical examination."
Неужели настолько все сложно теперь или можно как то это обойти?
