Responsibilities:
To paint the super structure and equipment as instructed by the Paint Supervisor and Painter FM
To prepare steel of super structure and equipment as instructed
Tasks:
Painting of ship's super structure and equipment
Preparation / Maintenance of the required tools, e.g. paint equipment
Preparation of steel surface by means of chipping guns, wire brushes and other tools
Preparation of steel surface by means of water washing
Preparation of the required ventilators, dust collectors and air-dryers
Assist in the transportation of scaffolding material
Authorities:
To stop work if conditions, e.g. fresh air supply and access, is insufficient
Training:
Training & Qualification Requirements Offshore Personnel
English language verbally
Experience:
Relevant experience in painting
