Requirements to the candidates
- Good command of English
- Can speak up for themselves
- Candidates must have background in fishing or dredging
- Most important - experience on smaller boats (with a tonnage from 200-300, boats with a crane on the deck)
- Candidates with OOW(unlimited) or higher rank are most preferable.
