Responsibilities, Accountability and Authorities:
The Project Manager is responsible for all execution of projects, under the auspices of the Operations Director.
The Project Manager tasks are:
- Responsible for delivering a contract or group of contracts related to
- Managing a contract or set of contracts covering the execution of within the windmill installation industry
- Ensuring that project schedule is met, including preparation of progress reports
- Ensuring that project budget is met, including forecast reports and management plans
- Maintaining the project documentation and exchanging know-how during the project to parties involved
- Organizing project meetings with all parties involved
- Ensuring QHSE standards during the project development and execution
- Lead the most promising ideas into successful demonstrations to contractors & clients
- Continuously drive to optimize the project in order to improve performance
- Motivating and leading cross cultural project team on board.
The Project Manager reports to the:
- Operations Director or his delegate
Function Requirements:
- You have a engineering degree and background
- 5+ years experience in a relevant business, such as: maritime -, off-shore - or wind-energy industry
- Knowledge of EU and Dutch Energy Market
- You are a pro-active person that takes initiative.
- You have excellent team player skills and good technical qualifications
- You have proved your project management skills and can lead through others in a global environment
- You are fluent in English both orally and in writing
- Persuasive and result-oriented
