OJ Crew is offering a permanent office position for the role of Superintendant/Coordinator of Nautical System EMS (ABS) for Offshore Fleet. At the moment, the fleet consists of 6 offshore DSV/Pipe Lay units operating globally.
Job offer is for permanent employment onshore, with traveling offshore from time to time on an auditing/ support basis.
The main job is to Coordinate and administer fleet-wide and office-based implementation and technical support for Nautical System EMS.
The NS Fleet Management software suite is made up of modules that deliver unparalleled operational and compliance support to improve efficiency, ensure safety and drive performance.
Preferable candidates must hold similar experience on similar Nautical systems under ABS, like AMOS, TM Master, SAP, XRM, IFS, PMS - Planned maintenance system coordinator/ advanced user.
Candidates must have previous Offshore experience. Candidate may be ETO, Superintendent, other IT offshore specialist, or person with experience as a Technical planner or similar.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Implement roll out of NS onboard new fleet vessels.
2. Liaise with Software Provider as required to ensure full utilization of the Nautical Systems (NS)
3. Provide technical support to Master and Chief Engineer to solve problems with the Nautical Systems (NS)
4. Maintain QMS and PMS records to ensure compliance with audit requirements
REQUIREMENTS:- Able to attend office in Lithuania, Klaipeda or Riga, Latvia.
- English: Sound written, oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating activities and contributing to meeting an organization’s strategic objectives.
- Highly organized and effective time management skills.
- Proficient in vessel and office-based network and communications systems.
- Ability to remotely fault find on computer hardware/software.
- General understanding of all facets of the offshore oil and gas industry.

JOB OFFER CONDITIONS:- Permanent employment onshore.
- Monthly Salary: FROM 3500 EUR up to - negotable GROSS ( ~2100- up to negotiable NET, after all taxes every month, depending on setup)

- Offshore allowance while on travel to visit Vessels: ~280-330 Eur per day offshore GROSS
