Flag: Dutch;
Requirements:
Experience on Jack up vessel;
OPITO BOSIET+CA-EBS;
National COC;
National SB;
DP Full for 2nd Officer;
Valid STCW certificates;
Valid MLC medical;
Valid Offshore medical;
Marlins test not less than 80%;
Good references.
