today we are looking for Offshore Equipment Operators.
Details:
Vessel: Offshore Construction vessel;
Start: 09-07;
Till: 16-08;
Responsible for launching, operating/flying and recovering of trencher under supervision of Trenching Supervisor; Acts as (co)pilot of the Dig-it, instructed by Trenching Supervisor.
Is able to log the trenching activities in the appropriate systems.
Executes maintenance to trencher with regards to the mechanical, hydraulical and electrical parts.
Assist in stock control and identification of spare parts in the system
Job requirements:
• Mechanical and/or electrical background Good social and communication skills
• Teamplayer
• Excellent English language skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Acting according to safety regulations and standards
• In possession of an IMCA-recognized Pilot Technician Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cable trenching
• BOSIET or FOET including OGUK medical or equivalent.
• Preferably full GWO-certification.
