Second Engineer Officer on ships with propulsion power 3000 KW or more with tankers Endorsement (Latvian and Dutch)
- Basic Safety Training STCW A-VI/1-1;1-2;1-3;1-4
- Advanced Fire Fighting STCW A-VI/3
- Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats STCW A-VI/2-1
- Medical First Aid STCW A-VI/4-1
- Engine Room Simulator Training Course STCW A-III/1; A-VII/2; B-VIII/2
- Engine resource management (including Leadership and Managerial Skill) STCW A-III/1; A-III/2
- Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties STCW A-VI/6-1; A-VI/6-2
- Training for Passenger Ships Personnel STCW A-V/2.1; A-V/2.2; A-V/2.3; A-V/2.4
- Oil, Chemical and Liquefied Gas Tanker Familiarization Course STCW A-V/1(1-7)
- Specialized Training for Oil Tankers STCW A-V/1-1 para 4
- Specialized Training for Chemical Tankers STCW A-V/1-1 para 6
- BOSIET: 5700 (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training including HUET with EBS) OPITO approved
- UK Offshore Medical Certificate until Feb2017
Hold Latvian, Dutch and Cyprus Seamans books.
Good speaking English and Russian.
Latvian citizen.
