There is an immediate vacancy for a team of riggers for carrying out offshore rest- and repair works at the offshore
foundations placed in North of Germany.
The scope of work is basically simple mechanical work, such as but not limited to mounting of kick-plates, repair
of temporary covers, cleaning (removal of condenswater) and drying, mounting of earthing connections,
installation of sockets, clearing of punch-lists, in general: helping hands for the handovers with the Client.
Required qualifications/experience:
- Pragmatic and hands-on guys with problem-solving capabilities
- Background in mechanical construction/fitting
- 1 of them should be an electro-mechanical engineer/electrician or at least have an electrical background
- Experience with handovers/commissioning of vessels/structures
- 1 of them should have previous proven foreman experience.
Required Training and Certificates:
- Offshore Medical/ Fit to work
- BOSIET-training
- Working at Heights
- Climbing / boat-to-boat transfer
- Confined Space traning (if possible one of them should be licenced to carry out clearance measurements
of confined space according German DGUV guideline)
Start of the works ideally from17 December 2014 until approx. March 2015.
Working hours will be on the basis of 24/7, with regular breaks in between
They will be accommodated in a hotel onshore and will be daily taken offshore and back onshore by
our Crew Transfer Vessel .
