certificate of competence (national and preferably flag state)
seafarer medical examination
BST and other rank based STCW courses
Must have a good command of the English language (both verbal and in writing)
Other requirements:
Preferable Dutch CoC 2/E all ships
Must have experience with PSV
DP Maintenance course is preferable
Written reference/previous appraisals
