We are looking 2nd Engineer for passenger expedition vessel M/V Ortelius, who could join in the port of Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, on July 26th for a period of approx. 4 months. We work with a 4 months on/off schedule.
The candidate must have good knowledge of the English language. At least two years experience as 2nd Engineer.
The following STCW certificates are required:
Ship Security Officer A-VI/5
Basic Safety Training A-VI/1-4
Proficiency in Survival Craft A-VI/V2-1
Advanced Fire Fighting A-VI/3
Passenger Safety Training A-V/2.4
Crisis Management and Human Behavior A-V/2.3
Wages: 4500 USD, but negotiable
