Urgently searching for Barge Master on a barge with a crawler crane engaged with rock laying operations:

Requirements: Fluent English, 4 point mooring experience, Master's COC, BALTIC Passports ONLY.
Experience:
Must have at least 5 years experience of sea service including two years experience in anchor handling and directing operations on construction barges; and at least two years service on 1000+ hp vessels. The ideal candidate is a multicat skipper or a 1st skipper of a cutter dredger.
Tasks:
Pre-plans moves and coordinates with responsible superintendent.
Assigns boats to towing stations for moving barge, plots course and is responsible for safe navigation of tow and directs maneuvering approach and positioning on new location.
Directs contracted crew and is fully responsible for the operation of the vessel.
Makes regular inspections of barge to ensure compliance with safety, security and good housekeeping rules. Evaluates weather conditions prior to move in consultation with weather forecasters. Reports daily to the operational superintendent by means of barge activity and production reports.
Maintains permanent log of all anchor movements, rock placing activities, anchor and barge handlings.
Ensures the safe passage of barge during sailing and anchor watch during idle time.
Ensures that all movements of barges, anchors etc. do not threaten or damage
