Vessel: Bunker tanker;
Location: Panama;
The vessel does about 2 bunker job p3er day;
Requirements:
National COC;
National SB;
Valid STCW certificates;
Tanker certificates;
MLC medical certificate;
The language on board is Spanish;
Good references.
