Flag: Dutch;
Year of build: 2018;
Nationality: preferable Latvian;
Requirements:
Experience on cable lay vessel;
National COC;
BOSIET + CA-EBS;
STCW basic safety;
STCW designated security duties;
Offshore medical (OGUK);
MLC medical certificate;
National Seaman's book;
Dutch documents would be an advantage;
Marlins English test would be and advantage;
Good references.
