As a Maintenance Data Engineer you hold the responsibility for interfacing with executive leaders across multiple departments to build consensus and initiate productive change. You will be working within the Infrastructure &Utilities, Oil&Gas, Food&Beverage, Heavy or in the Chemical&Steel industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage piping/instrumentation diagrams;
- Maintenance of complex data, and deliver support to staff members to ensure seamless operations;
- Analyse issues, execute effective strategies, and develop documentation to minimise data risks;
- Modify and finalise equipment names according to DFE pharma coding standard;
- Implement equipment list in maintenance programme (Mc Main) by formulating maintenance documents.
Requirements:
- Bsc. or Msc. Degree in a technical engineering discipline or a comparable level achieved by working experience;
- 2-7 years of experience in Maintenance and Asset Management Consultancy work or having worked within a maintenance department in a managerial position;
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in Maintenance Management methodologies;
- Good communication skills, diplomacy and representative;
- Service minded and a pro-active attitude;
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch or German and English language (spoken & written) is a must;
- Affinity to electronic database systems as well as the spreadsheet program Excel;
- Experience in a similar activity, preferably several years;
- Experience in the naming and numbering of engineering documents in projects of engineering companies;
- Reading procedural drawings (P&ID, PFD);
- Experience in setting up "Preventive Maintenance";
- Experience in the application of maintenance programs (MCMain), preferably programming skills;
- Preferably experience in the use of document management systems (Docstream).
