we are urgently looking for experienced Welders from Baltic States.
Project in the Netherlands
Requirements:
Valid VCA;
Welding certificates;
The welder has to be qualified according to ISO-9606-1 standard and the welding certificates need to be valid.
That means issued by a notified body and the continuation sheet has to be stamped every 6 months by a notified body, like Lloyd’s or DNV.
Important for the ISO-9606-1 certificate is that:1. At least 12,5 mm is welded FCAW (138) metal cored as well as at least 12,5 mm FCAW (136) Flux cored and this weld is VT, MT and UT tested.
2. The supplementary fillet welds (136+138) are made according 5.4e of the ISO-9606-1 standard, fracture tests are done and these welds are VT and MT tested.
