Our client is looking  for  Deck Rating / OS (NON EU CITIZEN )to join Heavy Load Carrier. Finish flag, good owner, very good conditions on board, sailing in Baltic and North sea. Taxes are fully covered, Finish pension scheme and so on.

Requirements:
- valid STCW certifications, med exam
- experience from heavy lift or similar, can be general cargo vessels with mixed heavy cargo.
- Physically fit person
- good English
- non-EU nationalities

Contract duration: 5 months +/-1 (but flexible, negotiable, crew change can be done earlier if needed)
Salary: 1376 USD, in hands, already after all tax deductions.
Joining date: 5th of July (flexible/negotiable)

Dear "DP",
For your information, under Finish flag/owner, strict Finish government rules are applied in regards to Taxes and payment system to seafarers. Owner is obliged to pay full taxes on behalf of Seaman to Finish government, which is 35 % from GROSS salary + Finish Seaman union contributions. And this is both for EU and non EU citizens, as stated in CBA.

Every seaman is automatically registered as official tax payer in Finland, and becomes tax resident after certain years of service, therefore every seaman has rights to use Finish Tax system, including benefits such as pension. Alternatively, every seaman has option to "refund" payed tax, depending on double tax / tax system of the host country of seaman and depending on various rules between countries.
