We are urgently looking for experience Welders for Onshore project in Poland.
The welders have to have welding licenses according to:1. For the welding plates and pipes with the angle between two pipes more than 60o
ISO 9606-1 138/136 T BW FM3 M/P s4/12 D139,7 H-L045 ss nb (with additional fillet welds performed)
Notes:
a) FM3 or FM2
b) D139,7 or other diameters
2. For welding pipes with angle between two pipes less than 60o
ISO 9606-1 138/136 T BW/FW set-on branch 25o FM2 M/P s4/12 D139,7 H-L045 ss nb.
Note:
a) D139,7 or other diameters
The licenses have to be current (issued by DNVGL, LR, BV, TUV).
Additional we expect the experience in welding of the offshore structures, air carbon arc gouging process and using of oxygen-acetylene torch.
Additional information:Project – min. 6 months;
Rate – deppends on experience;
Starting date – start as soon as possible;
Shifts – 3 shifts per 8 hours but can extended to 10 hours, also including weekends;
Interview – first there is a review of certificates by our Client, then each welder must make site test in our conditions (the scope of test according to welder’s certificate e.g. pipe H-L045, OD~150, t= 14-16 mm- NDT 100%VT and UT or plate BW and T-BW, t=12-14 mm, PE, PC position);
Qualification – valid certificates for processes 138/136, 135/136. Certificates done under supervision of recognizable 3rd party like DNV-GL, LR, BV or TUV.
