так в на всех паромах такая зарплата в среднем. По ходу в Таллинке осталась старая система , когда платили за проработанный день. От этого и такой разброс 8-9к. По ходу это между 14 и 17 рабочими днями в месяц. У шведов  на ТТ и Скандлайн по моему 9500 у мастера на паромах из которых 1300
лоцманские.
