Just for your information and no I don't work for orca.
Usually everyone pays share of the catch(percentage).
And actually those guys who offer contract money are the one that scam fisherman because you can make much more annually if you get paid share(might be tight for the winter but summer makes it up for sure).
And if storms/breakdown etc usually the boat pays some money to keep you alive. :D Sometimes that money gets taken away from the next wage.
