Кто в курсе, как долго в Таллинне делают визу моряка? И от фирмы надо только гарантийное письмо?

Ищу работу / Junior deck officer/ OS/ deck cadet

I wish to Apply for the position of Junior Deck Officer/ OS or deck cadet. I have one year experience on board such vessels as: passenger, ro-ro- pax and oil/chemical tanker in position of deck cadet/OS.
During my career as a deck cadet/OS I was in charge (with 3rd officer)of watchkeeping, voyage planning , maintenance of nautical publications, charts; supervision and maintenance of nautical equipment and communication equipment; issuing and updating safety and emergency procedures .Also I am familiar with ballasting and cargo operations.
