CONTRACT
Minimum trip – normally 2 months with the option to extend in our option, + if required up to 20 days for weather delays and port calls and operational requirements of the ship.

Pay is per day on a consolidated basis. All payments are Gross free of tax deductions

For our clients we are searching for the Captain to join 2015 build, 20.000 DWT Chemical Tanker operating W/W, Stainless Steel tanks and carrying mainly class 2 chemicals, 3-4 month on/ 3off voyages, mixed crew on board.

Starting salary 12500 USD P/M, salary is negotiable depending on your experience.

Due to matrix need to have at least 1,5 years in rank on chemical tankers.

Since joining will be in EU must have Schengen visa or EU passport. ( US visa is mandatory ).

Marine Ship Superintendent for 3D Seismic vessel required. All candidates must meet below requirements:
• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at min 5-8 yrs relevant experience in similar position.
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer with minimum class 2 certification or equivalent with in experience in AHTS, Offshore Supply/Offshore tug/ Dive Support vessels. Those with DP vessel experience will be highly advantageous.
• Possess good organisational and communication skills and hands-on.
• Independent and resourceful. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
• Analytical and highly proactive in technical trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Familiarity with ISM / ISPS is a must.
• Able to conduct effective stand-up training for vessel crews.
• Ability to travel within short notice as required.

– Fluent in English (Marlins test at least 80%);
– Ready for immediate employment;
– Shall have at least two (2) years experience as a Chief Engineer or Relief Chief Engineer on diesel or diesel electric propelled vessels equal to or greater than 5000 horsepower rating.
– Shall have the ability to overhaul main engines, turbo charger, injection pumps, generator engines and all other types of hydraulic pumps.
– Shall be capable of performing the troubleshooting of any marine machinery failure.
