Romy Shipping Estonia OU being affiliated company in Myklebusthaug Management Group (Norway) is looking for ISM Manager to join their office team in Tallinn.

We expect ISM Manager to be in charge of following duties:
- Performing maintenance of the Safety Management Policy within office and on board of Company's fleet according to ISM, ISPS, MLC Code.
- Continuous tracing of Flag State and Classification Society rules and regulations with their forth implementation and application to our management and operating processes;
- Executing internal audits of office and fleet, preparing them for and taking part in external ISM / ISPS audits. Liaising with Class and Flag State in respect of the matters of safety operation and management and ensuring corrective actions for any deficiencies and non-conformities are noted, accepted and maintained on our fleet;
- Managing of all vessels’ Statutory/Class/other certificates;
- Perform the duties of Company Security Officer according to ISPS Code regulations.
The right candidate should have experience in a similar position and/or have seafaring experience in Officer rank - Navigational or Engineer. We expect candidate to have strong analytical skills, be problem solver, work under pressure and drive for constant improvement. Fluent command of English is essential, writing as well.
Wage is discussable and subject to experience and interview results.
