Господа,

Совсем неожиданный поворот в этой ветке.

Попробую прояснить ситуацию

1. Если человек в рейсе то зачем вообще писать и спрашивать про вакансию если, по сути, человек на нее ну ни при каких раскладах не успевает?

2. Меня клиент попросил - собери команду и дай предложение. Бюджета у меня нет. Зарплату регулирует рынок. Не могу я взять второго помощника за 4500 Евро не потому что зарплата плохая а потому, что знаю, что клиент не подпишется. Поэтому, зарплата точно не нищенская, но и золотой ее назвать сложно.

3. Судно - старое корыто. 1971 года постройки. Танкер 5000 dwt. Танкерных корочек не надо.

Господа,

Это не опечатка.

Вы правы - там один механик на каждую смену, но конкретно по safe manning'у нужен именно дед на каждой смене.

Бывают варианты, и довольно часто, когда CoC III/2 а дедом работать не может - только вторым. Такой нам, в этом случае, не подходит.
