better than British Department of Transport Class 2 Motor Certificate of
Competency and have two (2) years experience as Second Engineer on self propelled
jack-up barges or as Chief Engineer on anchor handling supply
vessels

Second Engineer   $ 750.00 per day

NOTE: all the rates are exclusive while at work.
      Leave/vacation are not payable.
      Free transportation as per company policy
      Free meals, hotel and accommodation as per company policy.
Duration : candidate option.

Details listed below:

One (1) Master, shall hold a U.S., U.K., or European License equal to a British
Department of Transport, Class 1 Certificate of Competency and have two (2)
years experience as Master on self-propelled jack-up barges;

 One (1) Chief Mate, shall hold a Master License equal to or better than a
British Department of Transport, Class 2 Certificate of Competency and have
two (2) years experience as Chief Mate on self-propelled jack-up barges or as
Master on anchor handling supply vessels;

One (1) Chief Engineer, shall hold a U.S., U.K. or European License equal to a
British Department of Transport Class 1 Motor Certificate of Competency and
have two (2) years experience on self-propelled jack-up barges;

One (1) Second Engineer, shall hold a Marine Engineer's License equal to or
better than British Department of Transport Class 2 Motor Certificate of
Competency and have two (2) years experience as Second Engineer on selfpropelled
jack-up barges or as Chief Engineer on anchor handling supply
vessels;

One (1) Electrician, shall be in possession of recognized Electrician
Qualifications along with working knowledge of electronics, have four (4)
years experience aboard vessel and one (1) year experience on self-propelled
jack up barges;

Two (2) Mechanics, shall have four (4) years experience in this capacity at sea

We have an opening for a 2nd Engineer on the SS Voyager, November 27 – March 5.  At the moment we don’t have a return date available. However this may change depending on the evaluation and availability of the schedules.

We are looking for candidates with passenger cruise ship experience as 2nd Engineers. The starting salary is $7,210.00/month paid while onboard only. Salary can be reconsidered depending on experience. For this first rotation candidate will not need to have a C1/D visa.
