Hello to everyone,

Question - what is the easiest way to obtain valid and approved second engineer unlimited license for someone who has done only EOOW operational level course? I'm Nautical College graduate with years of experience as junior engineer and now I'm stuck on my career ladder. I don't see myself going to Maritime Academy to study again for few years. Is there any other options?

google maritime schools in latvia, call them and explain your problem, they had some programs like that i heard from my latvian amigos.
