Can anyone post here some crewing companies or give me some advice.I am ordinary seaman and cant find job. I have called, sent applicatsions but nothing. Everywhere Ive called or sent my application allways the same answer "NO WE ONLY HIRE AB"

Try to apply as a cadet, then you'll get promotion to OS.
 
Try BGI in tallinn. Call them day and night, visit them, make them nervious, and they'll send you somewhere. ::)
