Searching for Welder Foreman on offshore construction vessel:
Rotation schedule- 10 weeks On/5 weeks OFF
Main responsibilities:
Preparation of all welding requirements needed for efficient welding.
Oversee a team of Welders.
Carrying out other related tasks when required by the management.
Actively promoting HSEQ awareness
Skills/Qualifications :
Technical and Welding knowledge.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Welder and proven organizational skills.
Experience with Welding processes SMAW and FCAW.
Experience with Welding position 6G and 6GR.
Good English.
Certification:
Welding AWS D1.1 or ISO 9606-01 – SMAW.
Welding AWS D1.1 – FCAW.
OPITO approved BOSIET/FOET and CA-EBS.
Medical offshore (OGUK or equivalent).
GWO Working on heights.
GWO Manual Handling.
GWO Sea Survival
EU nationality only.
