Интересный вопрос, ну наверное в том что - 3/O работает на палубе а 3/Е в машине, как то так. Если интересует почему зарплата одинаковая, то ответа я не знаю. Что компания предлагает то я и пишу. Эталона как такого нету, нужен только опыт в должности на LNG.
