Dear WELL.

I would kindly suggest to plan this interview in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
As a saying goes; Гора не должна идти к Магомету, Магомет должен идти к горе, or something like that..

You have to make a huge effort to attract officers and ratings from the Baltic countries, due to relatively low wages and long trips on board of your vessels.

Salary for 2ENG is from 5700 USD + 1800 USD (LLP next contract).
Contract: 5/6 months

All terms and conditions discussable !!!
