Looking for a job as 3rd mate. Worked 2nd mate on General Cargo vsl. Have a break at work. All sertificates are valid until 2021. Since 2008, continuosly work operator VTS Ust-Luga. Periodically held a pilot internship on tankers, bulk carriers AFRAMAX and PANAMAX type. 2012-2013 worked part time ship's agent in Ust-Luga port. Constant communication in inglish with foreign crews, works with ECDIS. Experience in the port services will be useful when working on the ship. It is desirable contracts for 4 months.
