BALTFORTAS Company is under Intensive development!
At the present stage, we are looking for an instructor to join our team at the Industrial Training Centere!
Training Instructor / Assessor
To instruct, examine & assess delegates on all stages of Crane operations, Rigging & Lifting, Banksman/Slinging, Forklift Operations,MEWP , Working at Height, Confined Space, plus other courses from the portfolio, in the BALTFORTAS training centre and offshore locations (North Sea, Baltic Sea and International).
Minimum requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, with the skills of crane and Rigging lifting operations. Previous proven experience in an offshore role such as Roustabout, Deck Crew, Deck Foreman, Rigger, Assistant Crane Operator or Crane Operator
- Fluent English language spoken and writing is essential.
- Communicability and confidence
- Honesty and sense of responsibility is the key criteria of good team player
- The successful candidate must live in the vicinity of Klaipeda city.
- Past training/teaching experience would be an advantage
